I cannot speak too highly of Chris.  We operate two businesses which rely on e-commerce, and any interruption to service is most costly.

Like all computers, they “have their moments” when logic seems to disappear.

Chris fully understands our systems and our business and can speak to technophobes like me in simple English – unlike most computer bods.

Often he advises me on the telephone when problems develop and even I can cure the problem as a result.

For more complicated issues Chris will attend our offices, often at short notice, and outside of normal office hours if necessary.

The point I most admire about Chris is his honesty. He charges us for what he believes the problem should have taken to solve – not the actual time it has taken him.

His charges are most reasonable, his attention to detail and customer care are outstanding, and without Chris we would have suffered as a business.
